Here is to a quick and healthy smoothie perfect for the liquid based moon diet:
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 3 strawberries
- 2 Tbsp yoghurt
- 2 small cubs water
- cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 tsp linseeds (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
