Nithyananda Moon Diet: Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Here is to a quick and healthy smoothie perfect for the liquid based moon diet:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 3 strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 small cubs water
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 tsp linseeds (optional)

Blend all ingredients in a blender.

Note: This recipe works also well if you omit the yoghurt.
